 Advantages of waterfall  model in manual testing 

• Since the requirements are freezed (customer can not be asked for a change in the required the software develop will be stable.
• In this waterfall, model investment is less.

Manual Testing 

Disadvantages 

• In this model, if the customers ask for the change, backtracking is very difficult  ( the company spends more money and time on the rework.
• since this is a trad and testing both are done by the developers.

Application of waterfall model  

• when the customer doesn't ask for any changes in requirement.
• we go for this model when it is a short team project (6th month - 1 year ).
• we use this model for a simple project.
