Accenture Hiring for Fresher's Associate Software Engineer salary is 4.5 LPA

Accenture is hiring for the position of ASE (Associate Software Engineer). The job is open for freshers with a background in Computer Science/ IT. Candidates must have completed B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) in the years 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. The candidate must not have any active backlogs and should not have appeared for the Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months. The candidate should not have more than 11 months of experience. The job location will be in major cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, and Kolkata.

The selection process will include an online assessment, which will be conducted in three stages:

• Mock Assessment: A 20-minute mock/practice assessment to ensure that the candidate has the right hardware, software, and internet connection.
• Cognitive and Technical assessment: This will include 50 questions on English ability, Critical thinking, Problem-solving, and Abstract Reasoning, and 40 questions on Common Applications and MS office, Pseudocode, and Fundamentals of Networking, Security, and Cloud.
• Coding assessment: The candidate will have to solve 2 questions using any one of the following languages: C, C++, Dot Net, Java, Python
• Communication assessment (optional): The candidate will be assessed on Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary, Fluency, and Pronunciation.
• The compensation offered for the role is INR 4,50,000. The job is a full-time position and candidates are expected to sign a 2-year service agreement.
