The positions are available in Bangalore, Mumbai, and Pune.
As a Product Technical Analyst/Senior Product Technical Analyst at Zycus, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers using Zycus's procurement software suite. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues, participating in testing and user acceptance, and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
