For the first year, the stipend offered is INR 15,000 plus INR 488 for Employee State Insurance (ESI). The second-year stipend is INR 17,000 plus INR 553 for ESI, while the third-year stipend is INR 19,000 plus INR 618 for ESI. The fourth-year stipend is INR 23,000. Additionally, the program also offers a joining bonus of INR 75,000.

To be eligible for this program, candidates must have passed 10th and 12th standards and must have a graduation degree with 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above as per the university guidelines. The program is open to students who have passed their graduation in the years 2021, 2022, or 2023. The program is open to students who have completed their Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in eligible streams such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics.

It is important to note that there is a service agreement of 60 months for this program, and candidates are liable to pay back the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis if they decide to leave the organization within this period.
